Controllo GaIA (Gateway for Industrial Automation)

Tecnologix GaIA e' un sistema multifunzione per l'Automazione Industriale, concepito per operare come dispositivo I/O programmabile e come Gateway di comunicazione verso i bus di campo industriali ed il Cloud.
Il Gateway comunica con i protocolli standard piu' diffusi:

• CANopen, DeviceNet, J1939 (basati su CAN)
• Modbus/TCP, Profinet, Ethernet PowerLink, EtherCAT (basati su Ethernet)
• Modbus RTU, Profibus (basati su RS485)

Le interfacce Ethernet, WiFi e 4G permettono la condivisione dei dati di processo con il Cloud attraverso i protocolli standard della IoT come CoAP, MQTT o LWM2M.
L'Utente puo' programmare le funzioni delle interfacce I/O digitali ed analogiche scrivendo le proprie procedure con il linguaggio C/C++ e le librerie fornite a corredo, oppure con il SoftPLC LogicLab IEC-1131.

The CAN@net NT is offered in three variants, as CAN@net NT 100 with one classic CAN channel and D-Sub 9 connector, as CAN@net NT 200 with two classic CAN channels and as CAN@net NT 420 with four CAN channels, of which two channels can be switched between CAN and CAN FD. All devices offer three operation modes and can be used as a PC interface as bridge and gateway.

J-Trace PRO for Cortex-A/R/M-based microcontrollers supports tracing on a wide range of Arm Cortex cores.

The certification of safety end-products requires a compiler toolchain used in development to be qualified according to appropriate functional safety standards. The process of qualifying these tools known as ‘Tool Qualification’ or ‘Tool Validation’ can be time-consuming and expensive process. Moreover, it doesn’t offer any differentiation to the end-product. While end-users have to be responsible for the overall tool qualification process, vendors of development tools can make this process much easier by offering tools that are qualified to appropriate safety standards.

Arm Compiler for Embedded FuSa is a qualified C/C++ toolchain that has been assessed by safety-accredited certification body, TÜV SÜD. The qualified toolchain is suitable for developing embedded software for safety markets including automotive, industrial, medical, railways and aviation.

With a TÜV certificate and a comprehensive Qualification Kit, Arm Compiler for Embedded FuSa greatly simplifies the overall ‘Tool Qualification’ process allowing end-users to focus on their end-product development.

Arm Compiler for Embedded FuSa is qualified for developing software that meets the highest level of safety integrity for the following standards:

• IEC 61508 (Industrial) – SIL 3
• ISO 26262 (Automotive) – ASIL D
• EN 50128 (Railways) – SIL 4
• IEC 62304 (Medical) – Class C

For other safety standards, many of which have been derived from IEC 61508, the Qualification Kit provides the key information required by end-users need to perform ‘Tool Validation’.

Realizzato su base C/C++, Arm Development Studio è la nuovissima toolchain che Arm ha espressamente pensato per la progettazione integrata di qualsiasi sistema Arm-based, ovvero di qualsiasi soluzione embedded che utilizzi SoC realizzati su base architetturale Cortex.

Consente di gestire in un unico IDE l’intera gamma dei processori Arm: Cortex-M, Cortex-R e Cortex-A. Per i progetti basati su Cortex-M, Arm Development Studio integra al gran completo le funzionalità di Keil MDK, l’ambiente di sviluppo attualmente più performante di cui gli sviluppatori possano avvalersi per lo sviluppo di soluzioni che sfruttano, per l’appunto, l’architettura Cortex-M.
